Travel Nurse

About the role

Join as an In-House Travel RN, providing full-time nursing care across multiple specialties including Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB in various hospital locations. The environment is clinical, focused on safety, excellence, learning, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop and implement care plans
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests
• Evaluate patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Participate in evidence-based practice decisions
• Provide compassionate patient interactions and promote safety, quality improvement, and high patient satisfaction
• Conduct assessments and address holistic needs
• Educate patients and families
• Contribute to unit safety and quality initiatives

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania (PA) or multistate nursing license
• Specialty-specific certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP)

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
