Role: RN Traveler for Mother-Baby Unit/NICU Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive care to newborns and postpartum patients, including high-risk infants requiring close monitoringPerforming assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and neonatal stabilizationDocumenting patient care thoroughly in EHR systemsCollaborating with neonatologists, OB providers, and allied staffEducating families on newborn care and discharge planning Qualifications & Skills Experienced RN with pediatric and postpartum care expertiseStrong clinical assessment and neonatal stabilization skillsProficiency in medication administration and IV therapyExcellent documentation and communication abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team and educate families effectively
