Travel Nurse

About the role

Join as a Travel RN providing patient care across various units including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB in multiple locations. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and coordinating care, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in decision-making, quality, and safety initiatives. Responsibilities also include addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, providing education, and ensuring optimal patient and family experiences. The role is typically performed in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, coordinate, and evaluate care

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• Relevant certifications per specialty (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP)
• Specialty training or a bachelor’s degree in nursing

Qualifications

• Specialty training in assigned unit (Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, OB)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or equivalent specialty training)
