About the role
Join as an In-House Travel RN, providing flexible, full-time nursing assignments across multiple hospital locations.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Delivering direct patient care
- Evaluating intervention effectiveness
- Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction
- Participating in decision‑making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives, demonstrating compassionate, evidence‑based care
Qualifications
- Valid PA or multistate nursing license
- Specialty‑specific certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP
- Graduation from a specialty training program
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
