About the Role
Join as an In-House Travel RN to provide patient-centered care across various units including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, ensuring optimal patient and family experiences
- Maintain safety and quality standards, participate in decision-making, and engage in unit-based safety and quality improvement activities
- Provide direct patient care and troubleshoot equipment
- Promote evidence-based practices
- Comply with organizational policies and standards to ensure excellent patient care
Requirements
- Valid license
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP)
- Specialty-specific qualifications
- Graduate of a specialty training program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Schedule
- Full-time hours
- Flexibility between assignments
- Per diem, non-benefited
- 12-week minimum work agreement
- Potential assignment at different hospital locations within the health system
