About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dover, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Accurately document patient information and results in medical records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including electronic health records (EHR).
