About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Lansing, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort.
- Accurately administer radioactive pharmaceuticals and monitor patients during imaging sessions.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records according to regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or related field.
- Completion of an accredited program.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
