Travel Nuclear Medicine Technician - $2,794 per week

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Hartford, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Prepare patients for imaging studies, including administering radioactive tracers and positioning patients appropriately.
• Operate equipment to acquire images and ensure accurate data collection.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records as required.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and infection control measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Connecticut.
• Experience in nuclear medicine preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to work 8-hour shifts, days.

Benefits
