Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures as required by the department.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) obtained within 1 month of hire.
  • Radiologic Technologist credential from the Florida Department of Health (Florida license requirements not applicable to associates working in Georgia).
  • One or more of the following certifications:
    • Nuclear Medical Tech credential from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography or Nuclear Medicine credential from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Schedule

  • Duration: 13 weeks.
  • 40 hours per week (32 weekly guaranteed hours).
  • Shift: 8 hours, days.
  • Holiday requirement: Holidays within contract, per department need.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
