About the role
Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Tacoma, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain the procedure to them.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Record patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Current Washington license.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
- Additional certifications related to nuclear medicine.
- 2 years of recent experience in Nuclear Medicine Tech.
Qualifications
Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
Skills
Nuclear Medicine Technologist skills are required.
