Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Required skills: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin, Insulin, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Med/Surg, Nasal Cannula, Non‑invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen tanks, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry, Telemetry – on‑the‑unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Licensure: CT License or Compact License
• Previous Charge Nurse experience: Preferred
