About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Medical Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Cortez, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- May assist in patient care activities as needed
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent Medical Technologist experience
- Current registration as a Medical Technologist
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited medical technologist program
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Proficiency in medical laboratory equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
