Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests using specialized equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of lab results to healthcare providers.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Current certification as a Medical Lab Technician from ASCP or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
