About the role

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in a facility environment. This role involves providing patient care on a 12‑hour night shift, with patient ratios of 4‑5 during day hours and 5‑6 during night hours. The position is a float role requiring adaptable skills across different units, with an emphasis on Epic electronic health record experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on 12‑hour night shifts.
• Manage patient ratios of 4‑5 (day) and 5‑6 (night).
• Function as a float nurse, adapting to various units.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation.
• Maximum of three days off requested; no holiday time off approved.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical‑surgical and telemetry nursing.
• Epic electronic health record experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience.

• Experience working in a float capacity across units (preferred).
