This assignment requires an experienced RN to provide bedside care on a medical-surgical unit equipped with telemetry monitoring. The role involves working night shifts, with a schedule tailored to meet unit and patient care needs, for a period of approximately 16 to 26 weeks. Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a registered nurse, prior travel experience, AHA BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support), AHA ACLS (American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification prior to start, a minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience, and recent EPIC electronic medical record system experience within the past 2 years. Preferred Qualifications: Progressive care experience is preferred. Additional Information: Assignment duration: 16-26 weeks, starting 10/12/2026 and ending 01/31/2027. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Floating is not required. All employment gaps over 90 days should be explained. Complete work history information including bed count, EMR system, and facility type is required. No block schedules are permitted. Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays. Reliable personal or rental transportation is strongly recommended, and vehicles should be equipped for all-season driving during winter months.
