Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry RN - $2,005 per week

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position in Olympia, Washington. This role involves providing care for patients on a long length of stay and acute medical surgical unit, with a focus on managing complex conditions including dementia, autism, psychosis, and other behavioral issues. The position requires flexibility to float between units as needed and supports patients with diverse diagnoses including heavy care and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients on a long-term stay and acute medical surgical unit
• Manage complex conditions including dementia, autism, psychosis, and other behavioral issues
• Float between units as needed to meet department needs within scope
• Assist patients with medications, mobility, and daily activities
• Utilize lifts, mobility equipment, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Chart using Epic electronic medical records

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience managing patients in Medical Surgical units
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications

• LTAC experience
• Trauma level II experience

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, days
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/25/2026
