This position involves providing patient care within a short-term acute care facility, with responsibilities incorporating telemetry monitoring and a variety of clinical procedures. The role requires flexibility to float between units and facilities, ensuring comprehensive patient support. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience, valid state license (compact license accepted), and experience with telemetry monitoring and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with insulin administration, colostomy/ileostomy management, and patients with bowel obstructions. Additional Responsibilities: Managing cardiac drips without titration, use of rapid response teams, interpreting dysrhythmias, and caring for adult and geriatric patients. Float: Float rotation may be required. Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior work at healthcare facilities and references covering the last 3 years, with at least 6 months for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
