Responsibilities

• Provide bedside point of care testing
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including discharge planning and patient education
• Deliver patient-centered care for patients with complex needs, including neuro-related cases
• Maintain adherence to professional standards and promote safe, effective patient outcomes

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including medical-surgical and telemetry experience

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
• Previous neuro experience (preferred)
• Remote telemetry experience highly preferred
