Job Summary

The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) to join a healthcare facility in Neenah, Wisconsin. This position involves providing care on a Medical/Surgical Floor during 12-hour night shifts. The role is part of an 11-week contract, with an emphasis on trauma surgical, neuro, and orthopedic patient care, requiring experienced and resilient nursing professionals.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, starting at 5:30 PM, guaranteed 36 hours per week, for an 11-week contract beginning on 08/03/2026.

Required Qualifications

• WI RN License
• AHA BLS
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• At least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience
• At least 1 travel assignment
• Charting experience with Electronic Patient Information Charting (EPIC) within the last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trauma surgical, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries
• Familiarity with neuro and orthopedic trauma
• Ability to handle critical cases with policies such as chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, CBI, and post-op neuro and ortho trauma surgeries

• The typical patient ratio is 1:5 to 1:6 for night shifts
• Interviews are conducted on Monday through Friday via MSP interview type

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
