About the role
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse (RN) providing specialized nursing care on a telemetry background. The assignment is a 13‑week travel position in Mequon, Wisconsin, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/27/2026. The role includes proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC) and may involve float duties within the same skill set or to sites within a 40‑mile radius.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- At least 2 years of medical‑surgical nursing experience
- Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
- Telemetry background – ability to read telemetry strips
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be kept short (¼ inch)
- Completion of all Ascension‑specific selection and verification processes, including skills checklists and references

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and a 36‑hour work week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
