About the role

Opportunity to join an elite team of passionate physicians and nurses within the Medical Surgical (MS) unit. The unit sees a wide variety of conditions including endocrine, wound care, neurology, gerontology, and basic recovery care. Your expertise will be utilized for high‑level care in a traditional Med Surg setting, allowing you to enhance your professional experience while providing top‑notch patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level medical‑surgical patient care.
• Perform IV therapy, NG tube placement, PICC and central line care.
• Manage catheter care.
• Deliver post‑operative surgical care for general surgery patients.
• Provide post‑op care for total knee & hip replacement, hernia repair, and colectomy patients.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical‑Surgical experience.
• Compact state RN license accepted.
• SSN and date of birth required for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Foley catheter management.
• Preferred: IV insertion proficiency.
• Preferred: Telemetry experience.
• Preferred: Tube feeding.
• Preferred: Stroke patient care.
• Preferred: Post‑operative care.

Pay

Pay rate: $1,881.00 – $1,978.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week).

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Shift: 12‑hour nights.
