Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adult patients in a busy medical-surgical unit.
- Assess patient conditions and administer medications.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in Tennessee or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Nurse, MS licensure (Compact accepted).
- ACLS certification.
- SSN and DOB required.
Recommended Experience
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
