Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,085 per week
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience, specifically with an OKPA or compact license. This position requires an ability to handle patient ratios effectively and demonstrate essential nursing skills. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment providing care and support to patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and manage patient condition and reaction to treatments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records within the charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license (OKPA or compact).
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- Experience with patient management and electronic charting systems preferred.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a strong commitment to patient care and are able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, and be willing to travel to Du Bois, Pennsylvania.
Skills
Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. Proficiency in electronic health record systems is also required.

Pay & Schedule
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
