Seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient conditions
- Monitoring cardiac telemetry
- Administering medications
- Preparing patients for procedures
- Documenting care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Additional certifications like NIHSS and ACLS are preferred
Skills
Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and adherence to safety and infection control standards, as well as interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities to manage multiple patients and procedures efficiently.
