We are seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments
- Monitor cardiac data
- Administer medications
- Document care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient education
- Manage safety and infection control protocols
- Assist with discharge planning
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
Preferred certifications: NIHSS and ACLS.
