About the Role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units as a Travel Med Surg/Tele RN.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple patients and ensure infection control
- Advocate for patients and facilitate discharge planning
- Maintain safety protocols and explain procedures to patients
- Monitor patient responses and ensure safety
- Document accurately and uphold professional and regulatory standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of one year recent Med Surg/Tele experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and lift patients
- Proficiency in documentation and technology
- Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to irregular schedules
