About the role

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac data, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and support
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Prepare patients for procedures and treatments
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• NIHSS certification
• ACLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
