About the role
We are seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and administer medications
- Monitor cardiac telemetry
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Explain procedures to patients and their families
- Document patient information accurately
- Prepare patients for diagnostics and manage multiple patient assignments
- Facilitate discharge planning
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS.
