We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Tele RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions
- Monitor cardiac data
- Administer medications
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS.
