Med Surg/Tele RN responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions
• Monitor cardiac telemetry
• Administer medications
• Prepare patients for procedures

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage multiple patients

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year recent Med Surg/Tele experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
• Proficiency in PC skills and comprehension of instructions
