Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $2,323 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing position at a hospital, offering an opportunity to support today’s healthcare workforce needs. The contract is for 20 weeks with a 36-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Med/Surg Tele unit, with potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED.
• Cover 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, rotating as needed to meet operational needs.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Work at least every other holiday.

Requirements

• 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty (Med Surg / Telemetry).
• Recent MS/Tele experience (travel experience will suffice).
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.

Pay

Pay range: $2,458.16 - $2,581.07 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Includes a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 (Day/Night rotating).
