Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN - $2,323 per week

About the Role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is designed to provide winter coverage with a contract length of 20 weeks, though 13-week assignments are also accepted at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital.
• Rotate to units J1-2, J33, and the ED as needed to care for the same patient population.
• Work a D/N rotating shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with variable shifts as operational needs arise.
• Complete assessments such as ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate during orientation.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Work at least every other holiday as scheduled.

Requirements

• 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty (preferably within one location but can be combined).
• 18 months of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience (travel experience will suffice).
• Permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate with acceptable scores during orientation.

Pay

Pay range: $2,458.16 - $2,581.07 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30).
• Duration: 20 weeks (13-week assignments also accepted).
• 36 hours per week.
