Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Ohio license or compact state license in hand
- AHA BLS & ACLS
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients during night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs effectively
- Document patient care and coordinate with healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Support patient recovery and comfort through professional nursing practices
