Travel Med Surg RN - $1,558 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 2N unit in Crestview, Florida. This is a 13-week contract position with night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), including weekend rotations or blocks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Respond to patient needs and facilitate patient education

Requirements

• Active Florida state or multistate RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in medical-surgical nursing

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
