Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with provided standards.
• Assist in medication administration and monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.

Requirements

Candidate must possess appropriate licensures and certifications relevant to the healthcare profession.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 36 hours per week.
