About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a 14-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 or 1:5. This role involves collaborating with a team that includes a Unit Secretary and Charge Nurse, and managing patient experiences while utilizing the Meditech documentation system. The RN will be expected to float as needed as part of the staffing policy.
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12 hours, days) • Employment Type: Travel
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care according to established protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to execute care plans.
- Adhere to the unit's guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid RN license.
- Certifications required: BLS and NIH.
