Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse - $2,310 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Specialty: Med Surg. Discipline: RN. Start Date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 14 weeks (also noted elsewhere as a 13‑week contract position). Hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12‑hour shifts, flexible (see Schedule for details). Employment Type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments throughout their hospitalization.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Monitor vital signs and document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families about managing conditions and preparing for discharge.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a medical‑surgical setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience.
• Current and unencumbered Ohio RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency; details available from your ARMStaffing recruiter.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position with straight night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Requires every other weekend and holiday shifts, with on‑call responsibilities based on unit needs.
