Responsibilities

• Work in a specialized unit focused on orthopedic trauma, spinal surgery, and other elective orthopedic surgical diagnoses.

• Manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Rotate shifts including days, evenings, and nights, with floating responsibilities on weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed by the unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic nursing.
• Current RN license valid in New York.
• Telemetry experience is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Rotating shifts: 3x12.0, including days, evenings, and nights, with floating responsibilities on weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed by the unit.
