About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a position in Bethel, Alaska. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear communication during the examination process.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Adhere to infection control practices and sterilization procedures.
- Follow all regulatory and accreditation standards related to mammography.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Mammography Technologist.
- Experience in mammography preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection measures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
