Travel Mammography Technologist - $3,091 per week

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a 26-week travel assignment in a hospital breast imaging setting, requiring an active Massachusetts Radiology and Mammography license.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures under the supervision of a radiologist
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license in Radiology and Mammography required
• ARRT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Mammography Technology program
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in mammography

Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of radiation safety and protection

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
