Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assess and document patient needs, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in LTAC preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health record systems.
