Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term acute care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, days.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
