Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of current LTACH (Long-Term Acute Care Hospital) experience required.
• Recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) or ICU experience.
• Comfortable working in a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure

• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
• Active Kentucky RN License or Compact (Multistate) RN License

Scheduling

• Every other weekend is required.
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.

Assignment Details

• Standard schedule is 36/48 hours over a two-week pay period, unless otherwise specified on the job order.
• Orientation is conducted bi-weekly.
• The start date listed on the job order is the required assignment start date.
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify. Local candidates are not eligible.
