Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $2,093 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring specialized medical treatment and rehabilitation services.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in LTAC preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of LTAC care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and procedures.
