Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $2,003 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring specialized medical treatment and rehabilitation
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in LTAC preferred

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
