Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term acute care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Acute Care
- Current BLS required
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background and drug screen
Qualifications
- ACLS may be required depending on location
