About the Role
Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and document care
- Supervise and educate nursing staff
- Educate residents and families on care and health management
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of recent long-term care (LTC) experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS and other certifications preferred
