Role: Long Term Care RN, providing skilled nursing care in a facility setting. Responsibilities: Assess patient health, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, supervise staff, educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS/CPR certification; preferred ACLS certification. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, physical ability to perform tasks, and effective interpersonal skills. Key Duties: Monitor residents, implement personalized care, administer treatments, supervise nursing staff, educate residents, document care, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
