About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Assessing resident health
- Developing and updating personalized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring for changes and responding to emergencies
- Supervising LPNs and CNAs
- Educating residents and families
- Documenting care
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- At least one year of long-term care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
