About the role
We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a care facility.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' health, develop and update personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor for changes in condition
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Educate residents and families
- Document care
- Respond to emergencies
- Ensure resident safety and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent LTC experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
